WHAT DO I DO? 

Just reach out to us for a chat, then all we need is for you to send us your design (300 dpi PNG please or vector file) and we will do the rest. 

Together we discuss what products would work best, set the prices and then we do the mock-ups for you.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME? 

Nothing, zero, zilch

If your project is accepted then we do all the set up for you.  If for some reason we do not accept your project then our customizer tool is available for you to design your own merch yourself.

DTG printing FAQ

WHAT IS DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING?

Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a printing method that uses ink to print directly onto the fabric or item of your choice. The ink goes straight into the fibers of the fabric, so you don’t feel the design or ink when you touch it.

We use DTG to print your products on demand because there’s almost no setup time, which means we can print the designs quickly and send them your way as soon as possible. 

ARE ALL FABRICS EQUALLY AS GOOD?

Print outcomes vary depending on the fabric you choose. We offer:

  • 100% cotton blends,
  • Poly blends (50% cotton, 50% polyester)
  • Tri-blends (50% polyester, 25% cotton, 25% rayon or 50% polyester, 37% ring-spun combed cotton, 13% rayon).

Our standard printing process works best with 100% cotton products. If you’re looking for the most opaque result, 100% cotton is your best bet. This fabric has a better result due to its tight weave. However, if cotton is too thick, it can absorb the ink and the design may look more faded. 

If you have a preference, talk to us otherwise we provide the fabric that we think is best suited for your project.

I JUST ORDERED

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? 

It takes an average of 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. 
The shipping time depends on  your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 5-​8 business days  
  • International: 10-20 business days 

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Typically the order is shipped from the facility that is nearest to the shipping address.  We are increasing our Canadian options to ensure our Canadian customers receive items that are manufactured and shipped from Canada wherever possible.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER? 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control  and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so  please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your  purchases.

Items shipped from your own country is exempt of course.

We should add that it is very rare for customs fees to be assessed.

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:  

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.     

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!   

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your  neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@themerchclub.ca with your order number. 

Pro tip: The postal / Zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple online tool​ to make sure you get it right! 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Your order can be tracked by using your email address on our site under "Where's my Stuff"

I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you  quickly, please email us at support@themerchclub.ca within a weeks' time with photos of the  damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

We work with a reliable, high quality print supplier. They have locations  worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility  that can do it most efficiently!  

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As everything is custom made we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let  us know by contacting us at support@themerchclub.ca

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our  sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.     

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let  us know at support@themerchclub.ca within a week after receiving your order. Include your  order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a  refund!
