Because of the nature of our business (Print on demand) we do not offer returns and exchanges unless there is something wrong with the manufacturing of your product. If this is the case please let us know by contacting us at support@themerchclub.ca.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To return your product please contact us at support@themerchclub.ca
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@themerchclub.ca with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
